Membership Assistant

Arlington, VA
Full Time
Development
Entry Level
The Institute for Justice, a public interest law firm, is on the frontlines fighting to end widespread abuses of government power and secure the rights that allow all Americans to pursue their dreams. We focus on the areas of the law that provide the foundation for a free society and, despite the challenges inherent in litigating against the government, we win nearly three out of every four cases that we file on behalf of our brave clients who come from diverse backgrounds and would otherwise have no recourse.

In order to advance the mission of the Institute for Justice, the development team exists to build and cultivate strong relationships with supporters by partnering with them to achieve their philanthropic interests. This position will be responsible for helping to administer IJ’s membership programs, which include some of IJ’s most dedicated supporters, by providing them with an exceptional experience that draws them closer to IJ and our mission.
